Sport Psychology

I get a lot of interest in Sport Psychology from students and the community as the sports performance field has grown exponentially over the past 30 years. My training and background in Applied Social and Health Psychology has allowed me to lecture and work with groups of players (e.g., College baseball players) teaching imagery and calming exercises to increase mental and physical performance. I’ve also taught a university course on the Social Psychology of Sports, and for years was a youth baseball coach.

If interested in more information or have questions about what I do (e.g., group lectures, training, etc.), you can contact me below. If you wish to know more about the field of Sport Psychology, click here.
